Crashing at Prologue when I reach Icarus

After the Prologue, I need to reach the Icarus. When I reach the Icarus, the screen goes black and then the Commander say 'Sarene...' well it crashed right there. Sometime I hear the Commender talking but most of the time it is crashing after the screen goes black. No mods, I even go to graphic and put everything to Low or N/A.

I even tried T1... It crashed also a 2 - 3 minutes in the game. I don't remember where.

It would be fun to be able to play SPGW, specially after I bought itSmile

Thanks for posting sirius.

Unfortunately the log doesn't really tell us much Sad. The "Errors" at the bottom of the log file doesn't cause CTDs. It's also possible we've already fixed the issue that could cause the crash and it's waiting for the next update.

Can you tell me please if you tried the same situation again and if it crashed again also?

Can you please send us your log.txt file (from local files folder) to customersupport@starpointgemini.com ? We tried to force game to crash right after start on many different specs of hardware and didn't succeed. At first, we thought hardware might be an issue, but, game wouldn't even load properly. If it loads, this shouldn't be an issue... Your log might provide some idea...
 
So I did.
 
I have tried the following:
Early Access
Early Access - Freeroam
Early Access – Freeroam+
Early Access – Freeroam++
 
Without mods, high-low graphics and also (two times!!!) verify integrity of game files. At the end I tried with mods (we never know!!! ?) but without luck.
It is the only game that doesn’t work for me at this time and it seems that I am not the only one.
 
And the logError.txt always was:

I have Starpoint Gemini 2 and it is working very well. In fact I finished Titan and Aethera mods this morning. Very interesting?
